The process is as follows:

  • Receipt of a request from our Client for a certain resource

  • Meeting with a representative of the Client and assessing his/her needs to ensure that our understanding of the Client organisation and the position is clear 

  • Advise the Client of what the market would pay for a similar position using our evaluation system and access to market pay scales

  • Initiate sourcing candidates so that the systemic needs of the candidate and the organisation are optimised to drive value for all stakeholders

  • Search for CV’s on our data base; speak to our partners in the market or place an advertisement; headhunting

  • Do background checks and other integrity checks i.e. criminal, and qualification checks regarding identified candidates

  • Interview the candidates and supply our Client with the short listed candidates

  • Client decides to interview some or all candidates short listed

  • Performing relevant psychometric testing on the short listed candidates after the first interview (when required by our Client) as this heightens the chances of a successful fit between the candidate and the organisation

  • A second interview with the Client could take place after the testing where issues around remuneration, etc. may be discussed
