Receipt of a request from
our Client for a certain resource

Meeting with a
representative of the Client and assessing his/her needs to ensure
that our understanding of the Client organisation and the position
is clear

Advise the Client of what
the market would pay for a similar position using our evaluation
system and access to market pay scales

Initiate sourcing
candidates so that the systemic needs of the candidate and the
organisation are optimised to drive value for all stakeholders

Search for CV’s on our
data base; speak to our partners in the market or place an
advertisement; headhunting

Do background checks and
other integrity checks i.e. criminal, and qualification checks
regarding identified candidates

Interview the candidates
and supply our Client with the short listed candidates

Client decides to
interview some or all candidates short listed

Performing relevant
psychometric testing on the short listed candidates after the first
interview (when required by our Client) as this heightens the
chances of a successful fit between the candidate and the
organisation
-
A second interview with
the Client could take place after the testing where issues around
remuneration, etc. may be discussed
